Acceptable Use Policy

Artwork permissions, prohibited content, responsible AI use, reports and appeals.

Last updated: 2026-11-01

Use artwork you are allowed to process

You must be at least 18 to use this service. Use only covers, photographs, typography, logos and other elements you own or are authorized to animate and send to the selected providers. Obtain permission for a person's likeness and any relevant commercial use. A public image, album listing or social post is not permission.

Prohibited material and behavior

Do not use the service for:

  • Sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized manipulation of a real person.
  • Graphic violence, gore, credible threats, hate, targeted harassment or encouragement of self-harm.
  • Deceptive impersonation, fraudulent endorsements, fabricated evidence or presenting generated footage as an authentic event.
  • Copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity-right violations, including unauthorized artist artwork or misleading platform affiliation.
  • Malware, illegal material, stolen accounts, unauthorized payment methods or instructions intended to abuse another service.
  • Bypassing account ownership, private-media access, rate limits, credit accounting, payment checks or provider restrictions.

An artistic context does not remove these restrictions. Additional provider rules apply to a task sent to that provider.

What protection areas do

Protection areas guide how a saved cover is handled. They do not verify identity, consent, age or copyright, and they do not guarantee that a generated person or logo stays unchanged. A local preview is not a safety clearance or a prediction of AI output.

We do not claim to inspect every frame or to have automated age, identity or rights verification. We can investigate reports and restrict content or access when appropriate. These limits are not permission to submit prohibited material.

Report a concern

Use Contact — report content. Include a page or task identifier, a short description, your relationship to the work or depicted person when relevant, and a way to reply. You do not need to obtain or re-upload someone else's private file to make a report. Do not attach illegal or explicit material.

Review and appeal

Depending on the evidence, we may restrict access, remove material, refuse requests or restrict an account. We may preserve necessary records or respond to competent authorities where required. A report alone does not automatically confiscate unrelated purchased credits or decide a cash refund.

You can ask for reconsideration through Contact support with the relevant identifier and reasons. We may request proportionate evidence without revealing another person's private information. Applicable legal remedies remain available. See the Terms and Privacy Policy.
